Clear Quartz (also known as Rock Crystal) is the colourless, clear form of the mineral Quartz. Quartz is one of the most abundant minerals and is found all over the world.
Clear quartz comes in many different forms, depending on how it has grown. Just a few examples include single points, double terminated points, clusters and massive (a lump rather than a point is called massive). As well as having its own clear quartz energy, the energy of the crystal is also influenced by its shape. Different shapes can be used in different ways, for example a point will have a single directional energy and is commonly used as a wand in healing or for directing the quartz energy in a crystal grid.
The energy of clear quartz works with all chakras of the body and on all auric levels, making it a perfect crystal to use in healing. It clears and cleanses, taking the energy of the individual back to its purest state. It is transforming and amplifying and can be used to amplify ones intention. My experience of living with Clear Quartz;
Wow, what a week. I have found the Clear Quartz to be uplifting and energizing which has helped to get me through a busy week. Even though I have been busy, I knew that I needed to remain focused and organised, which I have achieved.
As well as carrying my quartz, I have used it during my meditations. I placed one on my forehead over my 3rd eye and one above my crown. I could feel a whoosh of cool energy as it opened me up and then sent tingles of energy all around my body. I tend to do a guided meditation where I connect with my higher self and it has helped me to make this connection stronger.
Sleeping with the clear quartz was rather challenging at the start of the week as I kept waking up. However, towards the end of the week my sleep improved.
