Reiki Training & Attunements

Reiki Training



The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’. The Usui System, which I am qualified in and teach, is a way of working with reiki for healing of the self and others. Reiki healing addresses the whole person on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, regaining harmony and wholeness.

I am an IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) accredited training provider, and offer training in Reiki Levels 1, 2 & 3 Master/Teacher. There is also an opportunity to join Reiki share groups, following the completion of training.

Reiki 1 Training & Attunement

Reiki 1 is the start of your journey into understanding energy, to bring balance within your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. You will be introduced to working with energy in a practical way, to enable you to start your own self-healing journey. You will also be given guidance on how to work with energy in order to help friends and family with their healing.

 

This teaching includes;

  • An introduction to Reiki and it's history

  • Understanding the Reiki Principles

  • Understand and feel physical energy, including looking at the chakra system

  • Usui Reiki 1 Attunement

  • Self healing

  • Hand placements and positions

  • Using Reiki on Family and Friends 

  • Using Reiki in everyday life

 

The cost for this one day training is £95

Reiki 2 Training & Attunement

Reiki 2 continues your journey connecting with Reiki energy. You will begin to work more intuitively with healing energy and also learn about your responsibilities as a healer. On completion of your training, and submission of case studies, you will be qualified as a Reiki Practitioner.

 

This teaching includes;​

  • Being introduced to 3 of the 4 Reiki symbols

  • Usui Reiki 2 Attunement

  • Using Reiki for distant healing

  • Self healing on a deeper level

  • Working more intuitively with healing energy

  • Responsibilities as a healer 

  • Using Reiki on members of the public

  • Guidance on submitting case studies prior to certification

The cost for this two day training is £150 

Reiki 3 Master Attunement

This is the final level of Reiki training, to become a Reiki Master and Teacher. You may feel drawn to study Reiki Level 3 to deepen your own experience of Reiki energy or because you would like to pass on this knowledge to others by becoming a Reiki teacher. 

 

This teaching includes;​

  • Being introduced to the Reiki Master symbol

  • Usui Reiki 3 Attunement

  • Training in how to pass on the Reiki attunements to others

  • Guidance on teaching Reiki healing and ongoing support for Reiki students

  • Further teachings to enable you to live life as a Reiki Master

 

The cost for this one day personal training is £140, if you have obtained your Reiki II with me. If you have trained elsewhere, please get in touch so we can discuss your level of training.
