If you submit your details via my 'contact me' form, I will keep your information secure and use it only to contact you regarding your enquiry or to inform you of future training or services that may be of interest to you.
I do not send regular mailshots or use any 3rd party marketing software.

Terms and conditions when placing an order
By ordering from this website you agree to the terms and conditions stated here and also the return policy.
Orders are not dispatched every day, so if your order is urgent, please email me to check how soon it can be sent to you.
All orders are sent using a tracked service with either Royal Mail or Evri. You can choose from the standard service which would be delivery within 2-3 days, or the next day service. Please note that this is the time it takes from when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, not from when you place your order. Postage and packaging charges apply to all orders.
Currently, orders can only be sent to an address within the UK. If you wish to arrange collection from me in Grimscott, Bude, please send me an email before placing your order.
Returns Policy
You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within fourteen working days after the day of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a return and refund, please notify me immediately by email. After fourteen working days the sale is considered complete and no refund can be claimed. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods in a saleable condition (that is unopened and unused).
In the event that a parcel or contents arrive damaged, please send me an email with photographs of the parcel damage and any breakages. I will do my best to replace the item, or issue an immediate refund.
